Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery
I aim to despatch all orders within 7 working days at the latest, and usually within 2-3 of ordering. All items offered for sale on the webpage are in stock. Custom orders will take longer as the items must be made, and delivery times will be discussed with you before you place your order.
If you do not see a postal option for your country, please get in touch and I will try to provide a solution.
UK ORDERS
Orders for delivery within the UK are sent using the Royal Mail.
Please select an appropriate postal option for the value of your order. If you choose an option with a lower insurance value than the value of your order, then you do so at your own risk. If you do not choose the option giving the appropriate insurance cover, and your order is lost or damaged in the postal system, any losses over the insurance value will not be covered by Eddy Faber Bobbins.
For orders up to £20, we recommend the First Class Post option, which will provide insurance for your order up to the value of £20 while it is in the postal system. There is no tracking number for this option. Typically orders arrive within 1-2 days after posting but this isn’t guaranteed.
For orders over £20 up to £75, we recommend the Royal Mail Tracked 24 option, which will provide insurance for the value of your order up to £75 while it is in the postal system. This option should arrive with 24 hours of the parcel being posted.
For orders over £75, we recommend the Royal Mail Special Delivery option, which will provide insurance for the value of your order up to £750 while it is in the postal system. This option should arrive by 1pm of the following weekday after the parcel was posted.
If the parcel hasn’t arrived 10 working days after I have posted it, please do let me know so that I can open an investigation with Royal Mail for you. If it is still in the Royal Mail system they should consider it lost and issue compensation so that I can either fully refund you or remake and send again.
Overseas Orders
OVERSEAS ORDERS (NON U.K.)
Are sent via Royal Mail international Tracked, so that you can see where your order is on it’s journey to you. Delivery times vary from country to country. Typically orders to the US take around 10 days and orders into the EU around a week. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.
If it hasn’t arrived 25 working days after I have posted it, please do let me know and I will open an investigation with Royal Mail for you. If it hasn't had a delivery scan, they should consider it lost and I can either refund or remake for you.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. You can usually find your countries customs charges on your government website.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges (See below for exclusions)
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
